Unlike the completely square K0 edge, the K5 profile creates a clearly defined joint and subtle shadow line between adjoining panels.
K5 finish: the bevel helps emphasise the panel layout and can make small variations between adjoining panels less visually noticeable than a completely square-edged joint.
2400mm Long Panel Format
At 2400mm long, this panel is twice the length of the standard 1200 x 600mm format.

Direct Fix Installation
The K5 panel can be directly fixed to suitable timber battens or compatible Troldtekt steel profile systems.
1. Plan the Layout
Plan the panel layout before fixing. Particular care should be taken with 2400mm panels to maintain straight joints across the complete ceiling or wall.
2. Support the Panels Correctly
Ensure the supporting batten or profile system is installed in accordance with the latest Troldtekt installation guidance.
3. Fix Using Troldtekt Structure Screws
A 2400mm panel requires 10 structure screws under the standard Troldtekt screw fixing arrangement.
For this White 101 25mm panel, use matching White 101 4.2 x 45mm Troldtekt structure screws.
Do not over-tighten the screws into the wood wool surface.
