Ensure your concrete subfloor is clean, dry and clear of dust and debris. Prepare the floor with adhesive in the area where the matting is going to be installed. Use a 3mm notched trowel to cover the area with Mapei Elastorapid VS90 adhesive. Install the dB FFR over the adhesive, install the matting tightly to the walls and but joint the rolls tightly where they meet. To cut the dB FFR use a straight edge and stanley knife. Repeatedly score along the straight edge with the knife to get a clean cut. Use acoustic sealant around the perimeter of the room and any gaps between the rolls.

You floor is now ready to receive you floor finish. Check with your floor finish manufacturer on installation instructions over acoustic flooring.
