Fermacell Greenline Floor Glue
Fermacell Greenline Floor Glue is a low-emission flooring adhesive developed specifically for bonding the rebated joints of Fermacell flooring elements.
It is ideal for use with products such as 30mm Fermacell 2E31 Acoustic Overlay and 20mm Fermacell 2E11 Flooring Elements.
The integrated twin-nozzle applicator lays two adhesive beads at the same time, helping achieve fast, accurate and consistent coverage across the rebated board joints.

1. Prepare the Boards
Ensure the Fermacell flooring elements are clean, dry and correctly positioned before applying the adhesive.
2. Shake Before Use
Shake the bottle thoroughly to ensure the adhesive is correctly mixed before application.
3. Apply Two Adhesive Beads
Use the integrated twin nozzle to apply two continuous beads of adhesive to the rebated edge of the flooring element.
The adhesive beads should be approximately 5mm in diameter.
4. Fit the Next Board
Position the adjoining flooring element within approximately 10 minutes of applying the adhesive and press the boards firmly together.
The finished adhesive joint should not exceed approximately 2mm.
5. Secure the Joint
Fix the overlapping boards together using the appropriate Fermacell flooring screws or specified staples while the adhesive cures.
For 30mm Fermacell 2E31, use the correct Fermacell flooring screws for the system.
6. Remove Excess Adhesive
Excess adhesive can normally be removed after approximately 5–30 minutes using a suitable scraper, spatula or chisel.
7. Allow to Cure
Avoid unnecessary foot traffic while the adhesive cures. Full loading should only take place once the adhesive has achieved sufficient strength.
Installation tip: apply the next flooring element promptly after the adhesive has been applied so the two boards can be pressed together while the adhesive remains workable.

Flooring System Installation
Greenline Floor Glue is used as part of the complete Fermacell dry-screed flooring system.
The flooring elements are laid in a staggered pattern, adhesive is applied to the rebated joints, and the boards are mechanically secured together while the adhesive cures.
The boards should remain isolated from surrounding walls and structural elements where required to maintain the performance of the complete flooring system.
Important: always follow the latest Fermacell installation instructions for the specific flooring element being installed, including adhesive quantity, fixing type, curing time and final floor finish.
