fermacell™ Greenline Floor Glue
fermacell™ Greenline Floor Glue is a high-performance, low-emission adhesive specifically developed for bonding rebated fermacell® flooring boards such as 30mm Fermacell 2E31 Acoustic Overlay and 20mm Fermacell Flooring 2e11.
This single-component, water-based dispersion adhesive provides a strong, reliable bond while remaining free from isocyanates, solvents, silicones, and plasticisers.
Designed for fast and accurate application, the innovative twin-nozzle bottle applies two glue beads simultaneously, ensuring the correct adhesive quantity and placement every time.
Tested by the ECO Institute Cologne, fermacell™ Greenline Floor Glue is ideal for residential, commercial, and wet room flooring applications where a durable, environmentally conscious adhesive is required.

Applications
fermacell™ Greenline Floor Glue is suitable for:
- Bonding rebated edges of fermacell® flooring boards
- Residential flooring applications (AA1)
- Commercial and office flooring applications (AA2)
- Full-surface bonding of a third layer of fermacell® gypsum fibreboards
- Wet rooms with Humidity Exposure Class A0 (in accordance with ZDB and IGG guidance)
Installation Guide
- Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
- Apply two continuous glue beads (approximately 5mm diameter) to the rebated board edge using the integrated twin nozzle.
- Fit the next flooring element within 10 minutes of application.
- Apply body weight to ensure full contact and adhesive transfer.
- Remove excess adhesive after 5–30 minutes using a glue scraper, spatula, or chisel.
- Avoid foot traffic for approximately 24 hours.
- Full load-bearing strength is achieved after approximately 72 hours.
