This dual overlay board from the Jumpax Heat-Pak range is a fast-track subfloor system, specially designed for installation over our dB Matting range when using LVT finishes.
This method provides a smooth, most stable surface, onto which all types of resilient floorcoverings are to be glued directly with minimal mess. The twin layers of MDF panels utilise an overlap joint configuration to produce a seamless surface and prevent lines from ghosting through shiny floor finishes. This is a dry process with no setting times, so your floor finish can be laid right away!
The 3 mm baseboards and 4 mm topboards are coated with a special interactive contact adhesive to give a strong, permanent full surface bond. Strict quality controls during production guarantee excellent results and a trouble-free installation every time.
Jumpax LVT Dual Overlay Board creates the ideal subfloor for LTV, linoleum, vinyl, rubber and carpet.
Its low thermal resistance also makes it suitable for all types of floor heating. Its low TOG Rating of 0.7 allows heat to pass through easily.
